SHIPPING POLICY
We offer fast and reliable shipping within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. A tracking number will be sent by email as soon as your order ships.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) are usually dispatched the same day or the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Options include:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Next-Day Delivery: where available
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. Orders over $100 may qualify for free Standard Shipping within the continental U.S.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. You can monitor progress from your Smart Supply account or the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If you need an address correction, contact us promptly at thsmartbuy@gmail.com. Once a package is in transit, changes may not be possible. Smart Supply is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for shipments delivered to the address provided at checkout.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO
Some items may not be eligible for delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to size or carrier restrictions. If there’s an issue with your destination, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, notify us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date (or expected delivery) so we can open a claim with the carrier and assist with a replacement or refund as applicable.

At this time, Smart Supply ships to U.S. destinations only.
