Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

How to Start a Return

• Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns not caused by defects or shipping errors.

• If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Smart Supply will cover return shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Clearance or final sale items

• Items returned without original packaging

• Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by shipping

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
