Immersive 5.1 Surround Sound
The Lifestyle SoundTouch 535 uses four Jewel Cube Series II satellite speakers together with a dedicated center-channel speaker to create a complete 5.1-channel home theater system.
The compact Jewel Cube speakers use precisely angled drivers to create spacious sound for movies, television, music, sports, and games while occupying very little room around the television.
Dedicated Center Channel
The horizontal center-channel speaker focuses dialogue, vocals, and other important on-screen audio toward the primary listening area.
This helps maintain clear speech while the satellite speakers reproduce the front and rear portions of the surround soundtrack.
Powered Acoustimass Bass Module
The powered Acoustimass module adds deep low-frequency performance for movie sound effects, music, television, and gaming.
The Acoustimass module connects to the system console using the included 9-pin audio input cable. The five speakers connect to the Acoustimass module using the included speaker cables.
This is not the same wireless bass-module design used by newer Bose Lifestyle 600 and Lifestyle 650 systems.
ADAPTiQ Audio Calibration
Bose ADAPTiQ technology analyzes the acoustic characteristics of your listening room and adjusts the system's sound for the environment.
The Bose ADAPTiQ calibration headset is included with this listing, allowing the buyer to perform the room-calibration procedure during setup.
Bose UNIFY Guided Setup
Bose UNIFY technology provides on-screen instructions for connecting compatible televisions, Blu-ray players, cable or satellite boxes, game consoles, and other entertainment sources.
UNIFY can also assist with programming the Bose universal RF remote to control many compatible connected devices.

Important 4K TV Compatibility Information
For modern 4K or HDR source devices, connect the source device directly to the television rather than routing its video through the Lifestyle SoundTouch 535 console.
Television audio may then be sent to the Bose system using a compatible optical audio connection or HDMI ARC connection where supported by the television and system configuration.
HDMI ARC and CEC behavior can vary between television brands and models. Please confirm compatibility with your television before purchasing.
Current Wireless Music Options
The SoundTouch Series II wireless adapter provides Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet connectivity.
Supported playback methods that continue to operate where compatible include:
- Bluetooth streaming from a compatible phone, tablet, or computer
- Apple AirPlay streaming where compatible
- Spotify Connect through the Spotify app
- AUX or other connected audio sources
- Local SoundTouch system setup and configuration
- Basic local app and remote-control functions

Important SoundTouch Service Notice
Bose ended SoundTouch cloud support on May 6, 2026.
The following original SoundTouch functions are no longer supported:
- Alexa voice commands
- SoundTouch preset buttons and cloud-based presets
- Browsing music services directly inside the SoundTouch app
- Starting cloud music services directly from the SoundTouch app
SoundTouch products no longer receive Bose security or software updates. The system should be used only on a secure, private network.
Please do not purchase this system specifically for Alexa, SoundTouch presets, or in-app cloud music browsing.
Universal RF Remote Control
The included Bose universal RF remote communicates using radio frequency, allowing the control console and compatible connected components to be placed behind cabinet doors or out of direct sight.
The remote includes a display and can be programmed through Bose UNIFY for many compatible televisions and source devices.
