Sound and Listening Modes
Bose CustomTune adjusts sound and noise cancellation to the way the earbuds fit your ears. Quiet Mode reduces surrounding noise, Aware Mode lets more of your surroundings through, and Bose Immersive Audio creates a more spacious presentation. The included eartip and stability-band sizes provide several fit combinations for comfort and a secure seal.
Wireless Connections and Controls
Bluetooth 5.3 connects the earbuds to compatible devices. Bluetooth multipoint can connect to two source devices with current Bose firmware. Touch controls manage playback, volume, calls and listening modes; the Bose app provides supported setup, updates and sound settings. Snapdragon Sound features require a compatible source device.
Battery and Charging
Bose rates listening time at up to 6 hours with Immersive Audio off or up to 4 hours with it on. The case supplies up to three additional full earbud charges; a 20-minute quick charge can provide up to 2 hours of playback. The standard first-generation case charges by USB-C and does not have built-in wireless charging. A wall power adapter is not part of Bose's standard box contents.
